Like to thank my dear friend who is now still stranded in Holland for being here with me on that day. Well, he got pretty impatient at the end.
I used up 4GB to shoot this, 6.5 fps all the way. It took me about 30 minutes to get everything right. The tide came up because of the storm and I got my shoes and jeans all soaked in sea water. I didn't really care about what was coming, but some waves were huge and I did slip a bit but lucky my camera didn't reach the water before me.
I kept chasing the birds till I get it right, but it's all about luck. Don't think I could order them to stay at a certain pace. It rained for a while, I have nicer shots with the erotic weather, but this one you are looking at is after the rain. You could see the heavy clouds are starting to fade off.
Kind of miss this place, I will go back there during spring summer in the future.
Prints will be available upon personal request. Prices base on size, media, and country. Ships to all except Israel.
that is a beautiful shot! I can't think what to say

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
The 25 semi-finalists for our "Darksiders: Your Last Days" contest have been selected! The ultimate winners will be chosen by Joe Madureira, aka "Joe Mad" of Vigil Games. Check out the awesome semi-finalists to see who made the cut!
