A little experiment I always wanted to compose. This isn't the full masterpiece as I wanted it. But anyway, this is an experiment, like I said. The real stuff will be due next week, if I manage to rent a photography room in my college.

I manage to set up my own little studio at my room. Just with 2 black A1 size black boards, an Ikea table placed with a reflective mirror. My camera didn't quite catch the focused that I wanted, because the flash isn't shot direct, but a bounce off the ceiling effect. I tried many ways, but this is still the best.

It took me 30-40 minutes just to get the right shot. Sadly, all 5 of them isn't quite impressive. Yes, I only took 5 shots, do you know how much trouble I went through using towels to clean up the whole place before moving on the next shoot. I also got into a little accident by tripping over a metal ruler that had cute my toe, it was dark that time, and I need to off all the lights in order to get the white balanced I wanted.

I had placed a pear in a Swatch watch box, and filled it up with tap water. And freezed it, this concept inspired me from the start when I saw a deviant using cherries instead of pears, and ice cube trays rather then Swatch watch box. I also made the composition more dramatic by poring distilled water out of a bottle. It wasn't as easy at it seems, and often I would wet the whole place.

But by the end of the day, it was still worthy!
