Canon EF 17-40mm f/4 USM L + Speedlite 430EX + Manfrotto 055 PRO B + Manfrotto 488RC2 Ball Head + lots of towels

Firstly, I would liked to apologize for not submitting for quite sometime. Second, the background of this photo isn't what I truly wanted (I know its distracting), but I am helpless because I don't own a proper studio with a black painted background and I have no idea how to remove it in Photoshop.

This apple was in the freezer for almost a month while I was planning a better set up. But it seems the previous shot was far better, from what I think.

I am still in the process of experimenting with new subjects and learning the exposure and the right aperture. From what I've heard, they said f/16 could catch the whole scene, but I coudn't go above f/8, as the pictures gets underexpose and I couldn't sacrifice to use high ISO speed, as the image quality will get disrupted.

Anyway, lots of water splashes yesterday, wet my entire floor. Even the cloth couldn't save it.
