Ancient Pergamum (or Pergamon) was renowned in Hellenic and Roman times for its great library and as the medical center where Galen laid the foundation for medical practice. This is the Grand Theater located on the hill top.

Its a great spot for photography, I stood up still on the edge of the cliff just to get a prefect view. While a cold breeze flew by me... It was a great experience in such a height.
