Canon 5D + Canon EF 17-40mm f/4 USM L + Speedlite 430EX + Manfrotto 055 PRO B + Manfrotto 808RC4 + lots of towels, props and cheap tripods.

October 8th, 2007 an arctic front replica drove temperatures down to below -10°C. Under very dim conditions of lonely darkness, the grapes began to harden as the water had frozen. The precious nectar has been skillfully vinted, producing the exceptional red wine you are about to experience. Please enjoy your taste of my homemade vintage.

Got a different idea out of the box this time. A little more meaningful then the previous experiments although I had applied the same old water effect.

The glass was send to the freezer together with the grapes filled with water. Making it one of the most delicious compositions I had ever made. When it was taken out the next day, there were visible cracks around the surface as the external was melting. During the experiment, a huge part chipped off instantly.
